- You have taken a minimum of 20 classes at Spark (a variety of instructors is always encouraged!)
- You're a music fanatic (in the best way) who can create a beat-based roadmap
- You're passionate about spin (previous experience & certification are perks) and want to inspire & motivate riders through movement
- You're outgoing & collaborative - as we grow we're looking for teammates to join us in our efforts to actively grow our Spark community
- You've got infectious positivity
- You're willing to be authentically you, both on and off the bike
- You're flexible & eager to jump in, learn something new, and continue to grow with us!
