No, but all of Spark's classes can be modified to fit your needs. If you need help with modifications, please speak to one of our instructors before class to get yourself set up.

Yes! All Spark members are granted access to the main locker rooms/showers shared with Prime. They are downstairs and are equipped with showers and bathrooms.

Your bike will be ready for you with a towel when you arrive at Spark. You should bring water, either cycling shoes with an SPD clip or good workout shoes, and a ready attitude!

You should wear whatever YOU are comfortable in. Spark does recommend that you wear leggings, breathable tops, and good workout shoes or cycling shoes with an SPD clip. If you're more comfortable in them, you can also wear bike shorts.

Spark is located upstairs in the Prime Fitness building. If you enter the main doors, we wave hello to the Prime front desk person, then come on up the stairs to the left to check in with your instructor.

If you're a first time rider, please arrive to class 10-15 minutes early to check in with the instructor and get set up on your bike. If you're a regular, please arrive at least 5 minutes early, otherwise you risk losing your bike to the waitlist.

If you are a minor, you will need parent consent and a parent to attend classes with you.

If you cancel within 8 hours, you will be subject to a late cancel fee of $15 that will be automatically charged to your account. If you do not attend class and do not alert staff or cancel, you will be subject to a $20 no show fee that will be automatically charged to your account.
